More about Operations Pack.
Do the workflows need to be connected?
Yes. The value of this offer is a shared departmental process and integration design. Three unrelated projects may be better scoped separately.
Can this cover a large company?
A large company can start with a bounded department. Enterprise procurement, access, security and integration requirements are considered explicitly; this offer is not an unlimited company-wide rollout.
How long is extended support?
The proposal defines the duration, allowance and response arrangements. No fixed support period or service-level guarantee is implied before those terms are agreed.
