Show us the work.
We start with your real inputs, steps, handoffs and exceptions.

Turn incoming enquiries and document checks into work ready for a person to review. AIFAB builds the workflow alongside the team that owns it.

We start with your real inputs, steps, handoffs and exceptions.

We design, test and refine together until it fits how you work.

You own the controls and decisions. We ensure it performs.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
Run a workflow. Inspect a step. Make the human decision. This is what practical AI implementation looks like.
AIFAB WORKFLOW STUDIO
Follow the input, inspect the logic and approve the next action.
A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT
Less time talking about what AI might do. More time making one useful thing work.
CLEAR SCOPE. CLEAR INVESTMENT.
Start with a free conversation, define complex work before building, and keep every engagement bounded.
Bring one documented workflow and realistic volume information. In 45 minutes, we assess whether it is suitable for automation, what needs clarification and which next step is proportionate.
One valuable workflow, working in production.
Resolve the uncertainty before a complex build.
The fee is credited in full against an implementation signed within 60 days.
Indicative CHF pricing. Final scope, third-party costs and tax treatment are confirmed in the proposal. Care includes an agreed support allowance, not unlimited support.

BEFORE WE TALK
The scope, the systems, the data and what happens after launch.
All questionsAIFAB Workflow Launch is indicatively CHF 9,500–18,500 for one workflow, one team and up to approximately three systems; typically CHF 14,900. Team Launch is CHF 5,500–9,500. A complex workflow may start with a Workflow Blueprint at CHF 2,900. The proposal confirms scope, exclusions, third-party costs and tax treatment before work begins.
Workflow Launch typically takes 10–15 business days after scope, access and sample data are ready. Team Launch takes 5–7 business days; an Operations Pack takes 4–6 weeks after its required Blueprint. Integration access and customer review can affect elapsed time.
Production runs in customer-owned accounts, with customer-controlled credentials. Handover includes the agreed implementation, documentation and operating responsibilities. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own licences.
That depends on the agreed systems and model provider. We document the data path, approved sources, permissions and retention requirements during scoping. Public demonstrations on this site run locally with synthetic data and send no customer information to a model.
Yes, as a scoped assessment. We first confirm the product edition, available interfaces, administrator-approved access, data model and intended write actions.
