WORKFLOW FIT CHECKER / NO EMAIL REQUIRED

Is this a workflow worth building?

Start with the work, its boundaries and the people responsible. Get an initial fit assessment, an indicative offer and a useful success metric. For SMEs and teams inside large companies.

Workflow fit decision tree separating bounded implementation paths from ambiguous, high-risk and review-required work.
The Fit Checker explains its recommendation and preserves a needs-review outcome.
01 / DEFINE THE WORK~ 2 MINUTES

The starting answers are an editable example. Change them to match your workflow.

Name the task in plain language. This optional description stays in this page and is not included in email summaries or saved handoffs. Do not enter confidential information.

Choose the intended engagement boundary. Team enablement does not include custom system integrations.

02 / CHECK THE BOUNDARIES

Confirm an accountable owner, usable source material and permission to connect.

Sending, spending and access changes need explicit authority. Reviewing a guide does not authorise those actions.

Include sensitive personal data and decisions affecting rights, health, employment or access. If unsure, select Risk unclear.

A CLEARER STARTING POINT

A useful answer. No lead gate.

See whether the boundary fits an initial engagement, what adds complexity and what to measure before investing.

  1. 01Scope and complexity
  2. 02Suitable offer, timing and price
  3. 03A measurable starting point

Calculated in your browser. No account, email address or AI call.

This is a rules-based starting point, not an implementation commitment. No AI reviews your answers. Risk, source quality, access and scope still need human review.

THE RULES ARE VISIBLE

An assessment you can question.

How is the offer selected?

Team enablement maps to Team Launch. One bounded workflow with up to approximately three systems maps to Workflow Launch. Up to three connected workflows in one department maps to Operations Pack. Care is follow-on support, not an initial implementation offer.

When does the checker ask for review?

Sensitive or regulated work, uncertain risk, unclear approval, unavailable access, an unclear boundary or scope beyond the initial offers produces “needs review”. No price or timeline is promised for those cases. The checker uses your declared answers; it does not detect risks hidden in a task description.

What affects complexity and priority?

Team enablement has less integration work. Connected workflows and three-system integrations need more coordination. Fewer than 20 cases a month or irregular work prompts a baseline check. High friction increases the need to investigate; it does not establish financial return.

What happens to my answers?

Calculation happens in this browser. An optional email request sends only structured answers for server-side recalculation, not your task description. Discuss this workflow saves those structured answers in this tab for up to 30 minutes so you can choose whether to send them with an enquiry. No email is needed to see your result.

THE NEXT USEFUL STEP

Check the potential value, too.

Fit and value are different questions. Use your own time and cost assumptions to see whether a workflow merits a closer look.
