Workflow Launch
One valuable workflow, working in production.
Take one repetitive workflow from a clear starting point to a controlled production launch. Connect the systems, prove the exceptions and give the team a workflow it can operate.

AT A GLANCE / INDICATIVE
- Investment
- CHF 9,500–18,500
- Typical duration
- 10–15 business days
- Best for
- One workflow, one team
- Typical engagement
- Typically CHF 14,900
The proposal fixes the boundary, acceptance criteria and price before implementation. Additional work needs an explicit scope decision.
01 / SCOPE
One valuable workflow, working in production.
One workflow, one team and up to approximately three systems. We agree its trigger, inputs, outputs, approval boundary and success metric before building. Additional workflows or substantial integration remediation require a scope decision.
Typical buyers: COOs, Department heads.
- A tested, measurable workflow using existing systems.
What is included
- One workflow across up to three systems
- Baseline, testing and human approval
- Production launch and documentation
- Training and outcome review
- Company-wide transformation
- Third-party subscription costs
THE OUTCOME
See the preparation. Make the decision.
Explore the enquiry and document examples with synthetic data. Your sources, permissions and acceptance cases are agreed separately.
02 / READINESS
What we need to start.
- An accountable workflow owner and someone who can approve acceptance.
- Available interfaces, suitable licences and administrator-approved access.
- Representative normal, ambiguous and failing examples.
- A measurable baseline and agreed data-handling requirements.
03 / ACCEPTANCE
What done looks like.
- The workflow completes the agreed normal cases using approved systems.
- Invalid inputs, unavailable systems and uncertain outputs follow defined failure paths.
- Consequential actions cannot bypass the agreed approval boundary.
- The owner receives documentation, training, operating responsibilities and an outcome-review plan.
DELIVERY METHOD
Fit → Lock → Build → Prove → Launch
We join your working cadence for workshops, build reviews and acceptance. Calendar duration is not a promise of full-time staffing. Access, review dates and scope changes are agreed before work starts.

More about Workflow Launch.
What counts as one workflow?
A bounded path from one business trigger to an agreed outcome, for one team. Its exceptions and approval decisions are part of the scope. Several unrelated triggers or outcomes are not automatically one workflow.
When does the implementation clock start?
After scope, access and representative sample data are ready. Customer reviews, security approval, procurement and unavailable interfaces can affect elapsed time.
Is human review always required?
We identify consequential actions during scoping. External communication, commitments and sensitive changes normally retain explicit human authority. Any exception requires agreed constraints and acceptance tests.
What if the workflow cannot be integrated safely?
We surface the limitation during fit and scope. A missing supported interface, unclear ownership or unsuitable data is a reason to revise the engagement, not to promise an invisible workaround.
