04 / QUESTIONS

More about Team Launch.

Is this only a training session?

No. Training is part of the engagement, alongside workspace setup, approved knowledge and practical role-specific workflows. The outcome is something the team can use, not just a presentation.

Will it write back to our CRM?

Custom system integration is outside Team Launch. If a workflow needs controlled reads or writes across business systems, we assess it for Workflow Launch.

What does the 30-day support cover?

Support relates to the agreed setup and workflows. The proposal defines the channel, allowance and response arrangements; it is not unlimited support or a standing service-level guarantee.

THE NEXT USEFUL STEP

Is Team Launch the right starting point?

The proposal fixes the boundary, acceptance criteria and price before implementation. Additional work needs an explicit scope decision.
