Bring us one workflow. We’ll build the path to working.

Turn incoming enquiries and document checks into work ready for a person to review. AIFAB builds the workflow alongside the team that owns it.

Illustrated process owners and an architect working around a bounded business workflow from incoming documents to a human-approved output.

How we bring one workflow to working.

01

Show us the work.

We start with your real inputs, steps, handoffs and exceptions.

Illustrated workflow triage workshop where three professional roles examine process evidence, volume, risk and next steps.
02

Build it with your team.

We design, test and refine together until it fits how you work.

Illustrated architect, process owner and system specialist working together on a bounded workflow and acceptance criteria.
03

Run it with control.

You own the controls and decisions. We ensure it performs.

Illustrated workflow owner reviewing completed work, exception handling and a visible pause-to-manual path.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

See the work. Follow the logic.

Run a workflow. Inspect a step. Make the human decision. This is what practical AI implementation looks like.

INTERACTIVE / NOT A VIDEOFive workflows. Every step visible.

THE RED BUTTON

One click pauses the automation. Your COO holds it, not us.

A designated customer owner can hold new automated effects and route new cases to the documented manual path. Restoration is explicit and observable.

Illustrated workflow owner reviewing completed work, exception handling and a visible pause-to-manual path.
  • 01The pause authority belongs to the customer
  • 02New automated effects remain held after acknowledgement
  • 03Queued items preserve their state and owner
  • 04Restoration requires an explicit authorised action
A pause stops new automated effects after acknowledgement; actions already completed cannot be recalled.

DEMONSTRATED LOCALLY

The Red Button — customer-held pause and manual fallback

A designated customer owner can hold new automated work, keep queued items visible and route new cases to the documented manual path.

  • The pause authority belongs to the customer
  • New automated effects remain held after acknowledgement
  • Queued items preserve their state and owner
  • Restoration requires an explicit authorised action
  • Control events contain bounded status data, not business payloads

A precise boundary

  • A pause cannot recall an email or external action that already completed
  • The exact stop boundary depends on the connected systems
  • Each implementation needs its own recovery and acceptance evidence

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Straight answers.

The scope, the systems, the data and what happens after launch.

All questions
What does an AI workflow cost?

AIFAB Workflow Launch is indicatively CHF 9,500–18,500 for one workflow, one team and up to approximately three systems; typically CHF 14,900. Team Launch is CHF 5,500–9,500. A complex workflow may start with a Workflow Blueprint at CHF 2,900. The proposal confirms scope, exclusions, third-party costs and tax treatment before work begins.

How long does implementation take?

Workflow Launch typically takes 10–15 business days after scope, access and sample data are ready. Team Launch takes 5–7 business days; an Operations Pack takes 4–6 weeks after its required Blueprint. Integration access and customer review can affect elapsed time.

Who owns the implementation?

Production runs in customer-owned accounts, with customer-controlled credentials. Handover includes the agreed implementation, documentation and operating responsibilities. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own licences.

Where does the data go?

That depends on the agreed systems and model provider. We document the data path, approved sources, permissions and retention requirements during scoping. Public demonstrations on this site run locally with synthetic data and send no customer information to a model.

Can you assess Bexio, Abacus or Odoo workflows?

Yes, as a scoped assessment. We first confirm the product edition, available interfaces, administrator-approved access, data model and intended write actions.
