Care
Keep the implementation useful and reliable.
Keep an operating workflow useful as business rules, source material and connected systems change. Agree the monitoring, support and improvements that matter to its owner.

- Minor workflow adjustments
- Outcome reporting
- Agreed optimisation allowance

THE OUTCOME
See the preparation. Make the decision.
Explore the enquiry and document examples with synthetic data. Your sources, permissions and acceptance cases are agreed separately.
02 / READINESS
What we need to start.
- An operating workflow with documented ownership and access.
- An agreed support inventory and escalation contacts.
- A baseline for cost, volume, quality and failure reporting.
- A defined monthly allowance and change-approval process.
03 / ACCEPTANCE
What done looks like.
- The covered workflows, support channel and response arrangements are written down.
- Failures have a named owner and a clear escalation path.
- Changes within the agreed allowance are tested before release.
- Outcome reporting distinguishes observed results from proposed improvements.
DELIVERY METHOD
Fit → Lock → Build → Prove → Launch
We join your working cadence for workshops, build reviews and acceptance. Calendar duration is not a promise of full-time staffing. Access, review dates and scope changes are agreed before work starts.

More about Care.
Is support unlimited or available around the clock?
No. The agreement defines coverage, allowance, response arrangements and exclusions. The indicative monthly price does not imply 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time.
Can we add a new workflow under Care?
New workflow implementation is outside the support allowance. We scope it separately and agree how it will be operated after launch.
Can Care support an existing implementation?
We first review its interfaces, documentation, access and operating risks. Support is only offered for an explicitly accepted scope; taking over an undocumented system is not automatic.
