More about Enablement Sprint.
Can we buy the Enablement Sprint before implementation?
No. It is designed around an accepted workflow and its actual operating responsibilities. Team Launch is the appropriate starting point for general team enablement without a delivered integration.
Does it include support for every workflow?
No. The written scope identifies the covered workflows, roles and sessions. Ongoing monitoring and change support belong in an agreed Care scope.
Does 60 days mean full-time embedded support?
No. It is an elapsed enablement period with scheduled work and an agreed allowance. The proposal defines the cadence, participants and support boundary.
