Workflow Blueprint
Resolve the uncertainty before a complex build.
Define a complex workflow before committing to implementation. Work from representative cases, map the systems and authority boundaries, and turn uncertainty into a decision-ready scope.

AT A GLANCE / INDICATIVE
- Investment
- CHF 2,900
- Typical duration
- 3โ5 business days
- Best for
- A complex or multi-system workflow
The proposal fixes the boundary, acceptance criteria and price before implementation. Additional work needs an explicit scope decision.
01 / SCOPE
Resolve the uncertainty before a complex build.
A 3โ5 business-day diagnostic for one complex or multi-system workflow. The engagement produces a workflow definition, systems and data map, approval and risk design, conservative value case and fixed-price implementation proposal. It is required before an Operations Pack.
Typical buyers: COOs, Workflow owners, Transformation leads.
- A source-backed workflow definition, conservative value case and fixed-price implementation proposal.
What is included
- Workflow definition using representative real cases
- Systems, data, risk and approval map
- Conservative ROI case
- Fixed-price implementation proposal
- Production implementation
- Unbounded data remediation
- Legal or regulatory advice
The fee is credited in full against an implementation signed within 60 days.
THE OUTCOME
See the preparation. Make the decision.
Explore the enquiry and document examples with synthetic data. Your sources, permissions and acceptance cases are agreed separately.
02 / READINESS
What we need to start.
- An accountable workflow owner and the people who handle the work.
- Representative real cases that can be reviewed safely.
- Approximate volume, handling effort and known failure points.
- A first view of the systems, owners and access constraints.
03 / ACCEPTANCE
What done looks like.
- The trigger, outcome, cases, exceptions and authority boundaries are documented.
- The systems, necessary data and known access constraints are mapped.
- The value case states its assumptions and separates capacity from cash savings.
- The implementation proposal names scope, exclusions, price and acceptance evidence.
DELIVERY METHOD
Fit โ Lock โ Build โ Prove โ Launch
We join your working cadence for workshops, build reviews and acceptance. Calendar duration is not a promise of full-time staffing. Access, review dates and scope changes are agreed before work starts.

More about Workflow Blueprint.
Is the Blueprint an implementation?
No. It is the paid definition work needed before a complex implementation decision. No production connection or automated action is included.
When is the fee credited?
The CHF 2,900 fee is credited in full against the implementation when the implementation is signed within 60 days of the Blueprint delivery.
Why is it required before an Operations Pack?
Several connected workflows create shared system, data, authority and recovery dependencies. The Blueprint establishes those boundaries before a departmental commitment is priced.
What if the workflow is not suitable?
The output records the reasons and the evidence reviewed. A no-fit or revise-first conclusion is a valid result; it does not become an implementation promise.
